"On the Reel with Tiara Williams" features a panel of young, educated and opinionated African Americans who discuss current events; as well as the good, the bad, and the ratchet in the African American community. Our mission is to find solutions through conversation. Topics covered include: Why aren't some people proud of their own skin color? How should the community go about co-existing with the police? What should African Americans be demanding from our reigning president, Barack Obama? Why is it that our money doesn't circulate in the black community like it used to? Do African Americans have a certain responsibility to help the LGBT movement?

The independently produced show aired for the first time spring 2012. From modest beginnings, and a project group of just three people, the show now has a large team of experts working hard behind the scene, a loyal New York audience and very strong international following. 'On Deck with Lucy' is THE entertainment show when it comes to the 3 T's of NY. Filmed in the city, it highlights the Talent, the Trends and the Tastes of New York. Viewers can see up-close-and-personal interviews with New York celebrities, artists and successful entrepreneurs, take part in competitions and get involved in future shows. It offers a portal to the New York experience for international fans, a valuable reference source for visitors, and a great way of getting closer to the city they love for New Yorkers.
